Just a hint: there is an item that banishes enemy Phantoms from your world. I've found one near "The Tower of Blue" bonfire behind a hidden wall 
I usually parry knive attacks with my shield and counter with my Magic Mace +3 or Heavy Soul Arrow

Being able to become completely invisible and still shoot is OP.
They need to nerf an item that allows this.
It should have a cooldown timer so you can't use it infinitely. Also, they should make the "invisible" person shimmer slightly, and when they're moving they should become more visible. Also, when you're invisible, you shouldn't be able to pull out a weapon without it disabling your magical super invisibility, so you can get behind someone to avoid being seen when you're shooting, or you can maybe get off one or two shots before becoming fully visible again (but you'd still be partly visible before you can fire because the invisibility is already starting to break down).
If they want to be really heavy-handed about it, maybe there could be a sound that plays as you start to appear, giving your intended victim an audio cue even before you can switch to your weapon.
That sounds a bit more fair, right?

yeah, now tell me if you are gonna score more kills hiding and waiting or running around with AR and aggressively seeking out targets. Sneaking up as a knifer on a guy with AR in an open area is not easy, missing knife strikes is too easy. If all you do is stab ppl in the back when they hack, you can go positive but it's not the same thing as you are describing. A scout with a knife is not very effective in an open field. And what you are suggesting is that that medium's have no where to hide because deadly scouts are everywhere.

Wait, 90% of the kills they get are because you are hacking? What did they need the cloak for? Do you see un-cloaked scouts when hacking before? Sounds like you need some teammates to watch your back while you are hacking. Novel concept I know |

hey, MCC does kill, and sometimes in the cheapest way. Once, I lagged on the way down and even though I still pressed 'X' I died on impact. Lost a Charged Sniper Rifle/Caldari Logistic over that one. So never again. I only jump out if I'm packing less than 14,000 isk on my suit.
And I tried Cloaks for the first time today. Holy Crap they're fun. Guess you can call me a convert now.
