If I have a problem with someone, I 99.9% of the time go directly to that person and privately confront them.
The thread is a sample of what happens when someone attempts to bring matters that should be dealt with privately into the public... I will give said person exactly what they apparently wanted. Case is closed.... I would still like to consider us friends but you do what you have to.
