It's been two weeks since release and we've had a trickle of small fixes which have taken care of half of the known issues list. The remaining items still have easy to fix stats issues along with the weird skills not applying bug. I've lost confidence that CCP Shanghai cares enough to check their product before releasing or to fix the small bugs that should have been fixed in the first hot fix. I can understand big, strange defects taking time but bugs like "Minmatar Basic Heavy Frame has a shield recharge rate of 8.5, should be 20" are 5 minute fixes.
If this had happened in EVE the players would have burned down Jita by now. Instead, I'm done spending money and done fighting. Let me know when you get your act together CCP. You know where to find me.

Last time I looked, no Minmatar Heavy (from Proto to Militia, Sentinel and Heavy) had a recharge of 8.5, they all had a 20 recharge rate. I'm pretty sure they fixed that a week ago and Logibro didn't realize.
But, yes, the simple slot changes should have been done in one pass so they could work on this Passive issue.

So, other Logi's back off, those are my Warpoints!

This brings up another major persistent issue: communication. That list has been updated whenever CCP Frame posts hot fix down time notices.
Code is being changed and nobody is being told, especially the community team.
