I saw a heavy decloak in front of me. With a HMG. Yeah.... good thing I there was an escape route. I know what I saw I'm not crazy.
That scared the crap out of me cause all I see is a giant wall of death with a gun that shoots death instead of bullets.

I'm assuming he just spawned in... you spawn with the cloak effect now.

No no no no. He didn't spawn in, he was cloaked, then he decloaked. I saw him move when I stopped to look he decloaked right in front of me.
I know what I saw. It was Skirmish.

skills are not being applied till 30 secs after spawn fixes before nerfs thank you.

Dude there must be some glitch.. I saw a tank decloak directly in front of me. Has anyone else seen this? Maybe we should report it to ccp. |

I saw this same thing except it was an ADV Cal sent and he was still able to shoot his forge gun!
I've figured out how it's done.
Don't abuse it too much.

Yeah, the only two ways I can see this happening are:
1. He spawned in and you didn't see the Uplink/CRU he spawned on, or didn't realise how close you were to an objective.
2. Jove tech (a.k.a devhax).
Since DUST has shown no evidence of any Jovian items thus far and CCP have previously stated they don't use any gear that player's aren't using, I'm leaning towards the former possibility as the more likely explanation.
You've said you saw him DECLOAK. You didn't see him cloak again though, which makes the plausible and sensible NOT CHEATING option seem even more plausible and sensible. |
