So how come it takes 15 seconds to get into a skirmish or domination, but takes 15 minutes to get into a Gallente FW match... and I didn't even get into one, I just gave up.

It's because no one queues for Cal FW, or at least way less people than queue for Gal FW, because everyone thinks Gal = easy wins (and usually they're right).

The reason FW takes so long is that most people play for Gallente or Minmatar and FW only starts when both sides fill up

Well...tons of stacked teams are out on the Cal side. Every Gal team has no more than 3 guys from the same corp.
I run all FW except Amarr. Caldari is by far the fastest to get into (and lately, easiest to win)... |

Its your TZ..... I've noticed when we Amarr FWers deploy we may see 1-2 Q-Syncs and we rarely if even lose.
Yet our FW control says low..... why? Other Q-Syncers take over during our down times undoing what we have achieved, before we get back online.

So far as I can tell, Amarr Q-sync stomps until people hit their SP cap, and then all the stompers disappear until next week. Ya'll cap out before Friday every week, it seems. Leaves plenty of time for the poor noobs to undo everything you've done.
