Usually nyain start with scouts but if you kill them 2-3 times they resort to bricked logis.

CCP haven't got around to balancing Assaults to keep up with the other suits. I'm confident that as time passes that the number of scouts will slowly die down once assaults are rebalanced and equilibrium will soon be reestablished. Scouts have been gimped for approximately a year before CCP decided to buff scouts, assault players should have no problem waiting at least a month. (hopefully it's just a month)

No. Heavies are not FOTM. There are not full squads of heavies running around owning a battlefield. There are full squads of cloak scouts owning the battlefield. Nyain isn't the only one doing it, they're just the most obvious users of FOTM gear. |

Flavor/Fit of the Month just means something is popular.
So, yes, Scouts are popular at the moment. If you are making some kind of statement, I would suggest expanding on the original post or leaving a more detailed post. As it stands, all you are saying is "if seeing a whole bunch of people using Scouts wasn't enough proof they were popular than an entire squad of (name of corporation) should make it clear."

I don't know if you're trolling or not.
Scouts and heavies are not FOTM.
Heavies don't need a merf. Scouts are balanced minus the cloak. Logis are slightly under but still a balanced. Assault are a major issue and will be buffed by 1.9 to be a viable, balanced class. The classes are fine. They will be tweaked and overhauled (assault) and everything will be fine next patch. I fully expect class balanced to be finished by then, and its about time.
These scouts/heavies are not FOTM, they are clearly here to stay. I expect some scouts will eventually skill into assaults when they are made more viable. |

Eh? Assaults have been gimped for almost as long, not to the same magnitude but you get my jist! ;)

Word on the street tells me that many of the fotm chasers are starting to leave scout suits in general. Mainly because they're realizing that a light assault with a cloak is still squishy.
