Well I didn't actually meet the guy but as I was leaving work, I saw a familiar name and font style in the EVE sticker on the guy's truck. Was all like  should I approach him? The guy and his gal were ready to go in the store in which I work. But then I was just like nah screw all that,  I was too tired from lifting mulch all day. Plus he was a dirty Caldari, with a set of Caldari car stickers on his windows as well.
 Was that a certain CEO of FA? I know he lives in Virginia but I didn't think he lived anywhere close to my hometown. Think there's some other well established players from Virginia but I can't think of any off the top of my head.
Anyways. It was kinda cool even if I didn't actually talked to the guy. If we did talk, I'd imagine I would've gave him a brief, "Sup, Caldari scum?" and just had a rather short geek moment with the guy.
Has anyone of you guys had a moment like this IRL? Fanfest? Just around the corner of your house? On a road trip?

There's only a few people in this game that I might want to meet in real life, but then it'd be kind of awkward.  Of course, they wouldn't recognize me anyway.

You phrased that really weird.
What he means is that there's nothing in it that is physically possible to OD on. Theoretically an OD is possible but the amount that would be required has not yet been achieved by any human being. The reason is you would very likely pass out before ODing. You would probably suffocate from hypoxia before ODing.
Smoking is still unhealthy. Inhaling burning plant matter still puts tar on your lungs inhibiting gas exchange.

Smoking is a guaranteed allergic reaction.
Haven't tried the edibles, however since I'm allergic to damn near anything that undergoes photosynthesis, the reaction would probably be similar. lol |

Two of my favorite players in this game are german, another handful are from the UK...
Frost Kitty is from Canada and it's fortunate that we're both in the same time zone (I'm northwest US, he's somewhere north of me.)
The only two players I know specifically from the US are from Texas and New York, which are on complete opposite ends of the country from me.
I find that if you spend too much time with a person online when you never see their face, you start to create your own image of them in your head...and trust me the shock of finding out that they look NOTHING like what you imagined is enough to push these people away.
I mean, if it was a random meetup with a bunch of people that play Dust, but I didn't know much about, I'd be all for it. However, meeting specific people would be really hard for me.

Yeah I know that feeling. Eventually went through it so much that I'm pretty okay with being shocked by what they seem like. I'm still cynical about how people really act tho.

I saw an EVE sticker on a car at college once and left a "Eve, **** yeah" note under his windshield wiper. That was during one of the "on" phases of my on-again off-again relationship with EVE.

Withing ten seconds of smoking it starts to cause a change in heart rate and alters your mind. I have met ALOT of people from Texas playing dust, I'm going to have to get some stickers now because I've probably ran into a few of them in my travels.

I have been thinking of doing an EVE/DUST meet up in Chattanooga. My wife called me a nerd and laughed but I don't care, I told her she could do a Roller Derby meet with us so there would at least it wouldn't be a total sausage party. She just laughed some more and I told her I didn't want her derby rot there anyways.

Just like your food you want to know where it came from, smoking pesticides will **** your world up. Also smoking anything is hard on your lungs, better to use a vaporizor or water pipe, or ingest rather. Pretty much sums up my story.....
Except I was going to sneak away from my school trip to go to that eve Valkyrie meet a few weeks back in London ....but the teachers would have lost there mind.....and I would have ended up on the next flight home
