I won't take too much time describing the fitting, but with points in the right places and using basic modules, it is possible to have a cloaking device on a basic logi, suit without wasting any slot space doing pg/cpu modules.
I want to make some videos for youtube about cloaking as a logi. But I don't want to waste a lot of time describing something that ccp is gonna take away from us in two weeks. Any guesses?

I hope they do. Unless the logi spends alot of fitting on damps as well, its pretty funny to shoot them with that big red marker showing.

They specifically said the reduction logis get towards cloaks is a bug. So, I'd expect that to be fixed unless the time in which it's been implemented has proven to them it's not a big deal if they get to keep them. Personally a logi with a cloak doesn't bother me too much.

I always run precision enhancers so not sure if you could without a pe or not. All I know is that I pretty much always see a cloaked logi.

This is stupid. Logis have ridiculously noticeable frames. There's nothing more fun for a sniper like me to erase Cloaked Logis from existence. Its funny, even, watching sneaky little logis get pegged in the head

Given lack of a substantive cause, I doubt that CCP will change Cloak Fitting Requirements. Cloaked Logis are fine as far as I'm concerned; I see little need at present for them to remove the "misapplied" Logi bonus. |

It is funny, every time I use my 20k cloaked logi to kill a tank. Your a big man killing free suits. To bad you didn't make anything from them. Laughs all the way to the bank.
