the F2P Dust would be still available and would be like the Testserver Sisi for eve
the P2P Dust get more Maps like Space Battles or Underwater battles and more PVE Content
there would be no differents between Weapons, Suits or other Equipment and Vehicle
F2P limited PVE, less Maps (or Standard Maps, FW Maps included)
P2P unlimited PVE, all Maps

Not going to happen because Sony doesn't allow testservers. Also it would be a REALLY bad move to create 2 communities like that.

Yes, this would exclude scrubs and kids from the game very nicely. I'd pay if it meant removing a lot of that.

Not to mention people with Financial Issues.
You have to pay for other FPS titles such as Halo or Call Of Duty, and their are still children and scrubs in it. Though children aren't really a problem as long as they are both not a scrub, and act with a sense of maturity.

Because you'd be segregating the community, and this wouldn't prevent children and scrubs from being on the P2P side either. I'd assume that the P2P model would be subscription based, so a child could easily save up thier allowance to pay for it. (That or just ask their parents to pay the fee).
It also wouldn't "get much better", as games with a Premium Membership model drive away potential players, which is indeed unhealthy for this game. Also, I doubt their would be an influx of people paying for the Premium Membership based on CCP's reputation for failing to deliver on their promises.
It's not going to happen, as CCP has already stated that they want to avoid P2W and "Premium" models.
