Get that explosive clip size bonus back, because like the mass driver isn't completely op
Please CCP the minmatar suit need something else beside stamina to be different
Also we wear freaking a backpack we should be able to carry more explosive

Id say +1 clip size of explosive weaponry at basic, adv, and proto levels. For minmatar assault. That's an addition to the current minni suit bonus because now the bonus dosent effect four out of six of the minni weapons the mass driver, flaylock pistol, remote explosive, and the locus grenade.

The Gallente bonus is dispersion reduction - it won't help on a PLC

Amarr Scouts have no backpacks and Gallente Scouts do. The Gallente Heavy also has a a backpack.
Other than Gallente Medium and Amarr Light suits, I think every suit has a backpack of some sort.
