I am tired of spawning in without full HP and haveing to throw a fucken grenade at myself to trigger my HP to come back to full

It's not just an HP thing. When I spawn in, none of my weapon skills are applied either. My ScPs will have 6 shots instead of the 11 they should.
It's odd that the game recognizes that your skill should be applied (like HP appearing as not full), but doesn't apply the skill bonuses until some random time later. I've had it do it anywhere from 2 seconds after spawning to a full 15+.

This is related to a lot of bugs at the moment (the forge gun being one of the most notable)... once they fix it, I think a lot of gripes will go away... |

When you do damage to yourself it makes the glitchs go away but i hate to have to do that every time i spawn.

Should retitle to Fix Passives.
I'm curious if any actual progress has been made.
