Yesterday I did the EVEonline.com personality test and got the "explorer" archetype. So I thought of a few dust player types. Which one (or combination) are you? What other ones do you can think of?
The Experimentalist: Try out everything the game has to offer and more. Probably stumble over the FOTM in the process.
The Powergamer: Get that FOTM as fast as possible. Make sweet kills with it. Stomp everyone. Laugh manically.
The Bitter Vet / "Quitter": Announce you are leaving the game for good. Play again next day.
The 1 Percenter: Corp CEO. Get as much ISK as possible and pay guys to stomp and conquer, to get even more ISK.
The Loyalist: In it for the lore and the empire. Find him in FW.
The Machine: 1. Absolve match routine; 2. repeat 1. Only stop to eat and sleep if absolutely unavoidable.
The Conqueror: Fight in PC. Dominate and get payed for it.
The Squad Leader: In in for the teamplay. Mics only. Never without a squad order issued.
The Care Bear: Try desperately to convice newberries to stay and help them get gud. Great guy and decent human being.
The Noob: Get the out-of-academy shock (tm). Run in, die. Run in, die. Quit the game for real (unlike the Bitter Quitter).

I am the experimentalist with a little nudge of care bear. Actually I really happen to cycle in and out of FOTMs every now and then but I fail to really make much profit off of it... good times

Never intentionally specced into FotM (okay, except the RR and CR. Got bored with RR, CR I need to keep for fitting reasons... lol8PG).
When I cared more about this game I definitely 'care-beared' a bit. (Although I don't think that's quite what a carebear is?)

The Drunken Grunt: Working for the team with or without squad. Dreaming of cooperative effort from the blueberries. Ends up losing isk, clones and dropships to own teams effort. But in the end...Searching for battle ----> Waiting for deployment

The Experimentalist, The Bitter Vet, The Conqueror (sometimes), The Care Bear, The Squad Leader and The Coward in the sense that when I started playing this I was pretty new to New Eden and it was my first console FPS that I took seriously.
R.I.P. Pre-1.7 tanks, you will be missed.

Here's some other ones:
Lone Wolf - Good player that never joins a corp and would rather play solo
Forum Warrior - Has probably spent more time posting on the forums than actually playing the game
Point ***** - Only uses playstyles that get the most warpoints
I'm these three combined, and a bit of a community **** (I play with anyone and everyone...and everyone wants me to play with them)

Experimentalist - got kills with 6 different weapons on 4 different frames in one match last week. Omnisoldier FTW.
