 Please set all problems of the omni-scout aside and look at this solely from the Races perspective.
 
 As much as people hate it I will explain this in relatable terms to EVE for Gallente Ships.
 
 
 In EVE, the only Gallente ships to receive bonuses to armor repair rate are the "Combat" classed vessels.
 
 The Gallente Assault is more in the combined class of "Combat" and "Assault" Vessels. In which both of those two classes usually receive bonuses to Repair rate and/or positively modifying a weapons performance (along with other things of course)
 
 The Gallente Light Frame is more in the class of Disrupters (Electronic Warfare Support), and Covert Ops Ships which can be an information platform or a stealth attacker like role.
 
 In these, out of the Gallente EVE classes that are relatable to DUST's Gallente Light suits/classes, none of them involve anything to deal with getting a bonus to armor repair. Why's that? Because these vessels aren't meant to brawl, they are meant to either support and/or Attack with huge amounts of damage and quickly get the hell out.
 
 I'm not wanting to make scouts suits completely incapable of fighting because I know somebody is going to accuse me of this.
 
 I want to improve suits and meaning to suit classes and not have one suit or class doing everything else with better efficiency.
 
 No, this won't solve everything obviously but there isn't just one single thing that can be done to make this happen. Small things build up to create a change.
 
 
 
 P.S. I can only comment on the Gallente's suits because that's what I am specialized in in both EVE and DUST.
 Each race has their own unique "flavor" and what I said here likely will not translate well with another race especially going from EVE to DUST.

 Although for other purposes, I could argue that Medium suit has more health. Instead maybe bump med suit up to 2 rep/sec, Not 3.

 I would reverse the repair rate for all Gallente suits. 3 on heavy, 2 on medium, and 1 on the light. The mediums and heavies are more combat oriented, thus need it most.

 Also, I would say make plate and extender penalties are higher for light frames (plates would cause more speed loss, and ext. would cause a longer delay).
 
 As for this, I don't care; as long as We get a second Scout suit for EWAR (along with EWAR equipment to get bonused for like the logis).
