The current plot is 5-10 mil isk . Tickets will be awarded to those completing the challenges, then a lucky winner will be selected using :- http://www.randompicker.com/
Current challenges are :-
1. 1 ticket to the person who posts a video of him killing with cloak & plasma canon ( least 20 kills) (atleast close)
2. 1 ticket to the person killing atleast 15 cloaked infantry while the enemy is still cloaked.
3. 1 ticket to the person killing 5 cloaked ones with a sniper rifle  .....

I'm not sure if Nav is the kind of player to orchestrate a fake for one ticket, however, hate mail can be fabricated by the same player's alt. Have you checked out the player sending the hate mail via http://dustboard.com/global

Hmm, but i know know him through fb & i hope its not false, but hey its just a ticket he also should be lucky to win the lottery
