 Put on complex kin kat on my caldari scout and It seems negligibly faster than a minmitar militia assault. I am running at 9 m/s but It took me like 20 seconds to gain distance on a minmitar militia assault. Also, the PG costs of kin kats is insane, they take up 1/6 of my available PG also shield extenders taking up a good 1/6 per extender.

 Have you tried an Amarr anything? No? Well let me tell you, you'd be happy to get over 7/m on any of are frames.

 yeah, you need 2 complex kin katz just to feel fast, and a minmitar scout to BE fast.

 I think CCP tweaked something in 1.8 because everything seems to move slower, even my Minmatar scout with 11.12 sprint speed feels sluggish. For some reason the movement speed felt a lot more fluid in 1.7.

 By Gk.0 Loadout AKA: Speedemon, with 10.7 sprt speed feels as slow as my Amarr Assault pre 1.8 with 1 Cx Kin cat.....

 So 1.7 9m/s is faster than 1.8's 9m/s?
