It actually looks like a pretty brilliant system. I haven't gotten into the nitty gritty of actually testing it out, but I will certainly try my hand out at this for setting up a 50/50 raffle. I'll send you 500K Contra in the spirit of testing.
I'm curious, was there a way to define how many tickets a player could purchase when setting up your lotteries through this site. I am clearly worried that with no cap, these events can be easily bought at the last minute.

The real winner here is Brush Master. He's created a system that actually quite profitable if he keeps it legitimate. All lotteries take a 10% site management fee. Even at it's current level, Contra's lottery at 16,750,000 ISK gives 1.67 Million ISK to Dust Lottery.com. I see this being a very useful service that has very little competition that the moment to encourage fee reduction.

all lotteries are technically 'scams' even real life lottery. you pay for a ticket with the chance to win a large prize but the organizers take upto 90% the ticket sales for themselves. as long as you run a lottery as a legit business and make payouts its a fantastic money earner. even just keeping 10% of the ticket sales for yourself for 'administration fees' its worth it in the long run than doign a single hit n run scam.
i was hoping BIGLOTTERY would organize a DUST version seeign as they're the largest/longest running lottery organizers in new eden
