Tanks: Triple rep madrugar and triple rep gunlogi are quite clearly the most effective builds based on what I saw. The hardener nerf means madrugars will never out DPS a gunlogi and a gunlogi will never tank enough to survive a close range engagement.
AV: Seems perfect. Did extremely well until I pushed the limits of common sense and surrounded myself with 3 proto AV...got popped in like 3 seconds from an ishukone forge, wiki swarm and a laid daily from a scout. Good tankers are being rewarded for thinking through their fights instead of brick tanking. Rail nerf is fine didn't affect anyone who isn't a redline ******.
Cloaks: I ran scout CK.0 with stacked range and precision amps + CR and RR + cloak. Very well balanced suit. I can't play it as an assault but it is an incredible skirmisher and anti-scout. Honestly, a very slight CPU nerf to this suit would mitigate the extender stacking which turns them into assault suits. Gal scouts didn't give me trouble BC they couldn't sneak up on me. Min and amarr scouts could not be found.
Heavies are perfect as is. Great weapon. Awesome front line suit, but tanks and scouts still counter them very well.
Logis-working as logi.
Assaults are not doing so great it seems. The only only thing they have on commandos is speed and stamina. Assaults def need better passive bonuses (increase the numbers on current bonuses) so the commandos aren't better overall.
Commandos love them. Got myself a commando mk.0 and it's a great glass cannon. All min suits should work like this. Feels as fast as an amarr assault.

This review should be in the updates section when you turn on the game so noobs who don't read the forum will be able to keep up with the metagame.
I spent half my ISK on gambling, alcohol and wild women. The rest I wasted.

Spot om, the only real problems is brick tanking and the lack of cloak delay when quick swapping.

Why run a 200k specialized logistics suit when a scout can hunt you down the same and kill you in two shotgun blasts before you even have a chance to react...no matter what suit you're in.

If your supporting a group like you should you shouldn't get snuck up on.
Scouts don't attack groups, they wait for you to separate before picking you off one by one... |

Your "most effective tank fits" are exactly why I started using my missile tank +2 rails again.
AV doesn't bother me too much because of my massive buffer, hardener in a pinch, and side turrets picking off infantry.
Rep tanked armor tanks (or any armor tank for that matter) can't stand against a full missile barrage, let alone the small rail fire during the reload, and I run a 7k shield ehp fit that can outlast a blaster while I reload.
Any tank is screwed by a rail at range, but if they're within reach of my missiles or taken or taken by surprise I can gank a stacked damage modded/ stock shield tank in one volley or have my small rail finish off its armor. A single hardener takes 2, but I can take 2-3 damage modded proto shots before popping, and can usually avoid damage with fancy driving/ dog piling up close.
