If training Rookies is what you are into, why donGÇÖt you join the Learning Coalition? We are a collection of Corporations, Training Groups, and individual Instructors that pool our resources in order to provide the best help to the most new players.
Join Learning Coalition chat. We have new players joining the channel every day. (I bring in a lot of the new players, but word of mouth is starting to direct more and more new players to the channel as well.) Student transfer between Learning Coalition Corps is totally acceptable. A student should pick the Corp that best suits them.

A Coalition is like an Alliance, except it is outside of the game mechanics. Being a member of the Learning Coalition does not restrict you from making other Alliances. It simple means that you agree to cooperate with other Learning Coalition members when it comes to providing training and support to new players.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

For the longest time I kept reading the name of your corporation as "Immoral Guides" and asked myself what was so immoral about you.

That made me chuckle. Now someone is probably going to create a Corp called Immoral Guides as a competitor to Grief University.
