Does the caldari Commando's bonus apply to swarms? It reads like it doesn't, and that would just be silly.
If you hear the words "WORTH IT!" look about, something hilarious just happened.

Swarms are classified as an Explosive damage type. Not Hybrid - Rail

I think the Minmatar Commando does considering they're explosives.
I believe in Eve, the Minmatar are also pretty heavily invested in missiles, so it's not out of the realm of continuity.

EDIT: In EVE missiles are the primary weapon of the caldari. Swarms of slow, unavoidable death are their thing.

If cal can't use missiles they should get blanket buffs to all hybrids
and so should gal. They share hybrids and furthermore whoever uses hybrid colon blaster/rail to differentiate the two should never have their opinion taken seriously. Hybrids are one category.

This is in Eve because the State and the Federation were once together, gallente helped caldari create the Rail, and thus because they both knew of its working, bonused their ships to combine the 2.
In DUST, the soldier's armaments were created after the 2 split, therefore they don't know the inner workings of the other's weapons.
I refuse to gve honor to your 'god' so therefore i dual tank.
Also i feel itchy. Anybody got a tube of Rust-It?
