I for one am legitimately selling my BPO's that I do not want/need, I would hope all others with sell orders are legitimate as well. You can only be permabanned if you scam someone with a code that was purchased with real life, hard earned, greenbacks, cash money, dinero -- look here brotato chip, I'm selling my BPO's for 0's and 1's virtual cash, even if I was scamming I wouldn't be banned because the DEV's would be like "Welcome to New Eden." I could list the ways how we Amarr are better than you, but your lesser mind wouldn't comprehend it.

If any read the updated EULA selling accounts is specifically not allowed and can get the individual in trouble with CCP. Banning all toons might well be their intent. It has been mention several times on these forums that BPOs are tied to one toon and will not be part of the player market. Are Mercs actively circumventing this? Frankly I could give a hoot. Crossing CCP is not something I would recommend however. To any contemplating selling these items I would not use these forums, even for discussions regarding the purely hypothetical possibility of such an action. But that just me. And so it goes.

Honestly this thread just sounds like a few people upset that we're selling stuff in GD, but you need to blame CCP for that, we have no where else to sell them. The Code Bazaar is for codes and BPO that people own aren't codes. I would say that anything in game with the exception of AUR will be able to be sold and if not then CCP is screwing the pooch. The player market means that anyone can put up anything for sell at any price and that would be the only time it is payed for. The code bazaar is for codes that haven't been turned into in game items and would not be sold on the market because they are not in game items yet. You don't know when player trading is coming out so you cant say that it is "for a long time". Talking about trading BPO and officer gear isn't scamming and if it turns into a scam in game then you should have used your brain to avoid being scammed. Scamming is perfectly fine with in game items and if CCP starts banning for scamming in game content -not including RL codes- then I will quit and so should everyone else because that will ruin the game and go against the premise of the entire New Eden universe.
