Is that possible? The reason I'm asking is because I keep hearing people say precision tanked cals scouts can't pick up dampened tanked gal scouts.
My math's not showing me that and I run three complex precisions and see everything. The only way that's possible is if there are negative decibels allowed.
4x20 + 10 + 25= 125% precision
4x25 + 10 + 25= 135% dampening
So is that the case you can get negative numbers? If not they should cancel each other out. |

Only way to get a negative is to multiply by a negative.
So unless you know of a way to to reduce your Profile by 100%+, I don't see a way.
Stacking penalties prevent you from getting close to the 75% Reduction you need to let the cloak push you below 100%
4 Complex Damps only gives you 68.06 recduction. On the Gal scout, this puts you at 11.05dB
Even with the cloak, that only gives you 93.06 reduction, or a dB of 1.639922 or 2, as it rounds up.

That's where the problem is, the module doesn't say anything about stacking penalty or I overlooked it. |

There are several ways to get the same answer in math, my formula would be fine if not for the stacking penalties. |
