Good idea, however the Amarr Frontline wouldn't benefit from the Laser Rifle as Frontline needs to be in the middle of the fight and the Laser Rifle is a long range weapon. Scrambler Rifle would be more beneficial.

If you have a poor gun game no proto suit can help you. If you have a good gun game no proto suit is needed.

I wouldn't see a problem with a militia assault SCR or CR if full auto is wanted for new player suits. Also not just basic medium frames but basic light and heavy frame starter. But buy giving out new starter fits all players will be able to use them. The walkthrough in NPE should encourage them to try the militia stuff in the militia market and propose different roles.

Well maybe light and heavy frame once we get gal and amarr SMG and the other 3 hmgs. But i'd like to see every player have for their chosen race a medium with racial rifle and pistol, a light frame with racial SMGs, and a basic heavy frame with racial weapons. this sounds great but for light frames al racial shot guns To arms and to death my brothers

They allow new players to play without loosing isk, also if a merc ever hit rock bottom they would still need something. As far as I'm concerned BPOs are still very common, even being traded already. Would it be fair for old players to have bpo of weapons, different frames, vehicles and militia modules and new players have not even a basic racial medium frame? Those are advanced weapons that should take some sp to get into. If new players got to use full auto before the standard scr and cr, even a weaker version, they would never play the standard trigger tapping version.

Once you graduate academy, all starter suits should be removed from your person. Yes it helps us save money but honestly, its the best way to level out this economy. About bpos you can't pick and choose they exist now they should exist for everyone, if they are to be removed then rip off the bandaid and let's continue, starter suits should always be available though.
