I've been looking for that update on all these DUST 514 hot fixes going out today that will cater to the community ludicrous desires.
Followed by a good ol' April Fools.
4/1/2013:
+ Due to unbalancing on the Cloaking equipment, it now deflects bullets and explosions while cloaked. + Player market is being released today and all players are awarded a promotional 100 million isk. + Planetary Conquest is going to be changed to a giant bank where corps wait in line and receive isk welfare.
......What other absurdities can you come up with?

Due to large amounts of feedback from the community we are also looking at reducing all weapon damage by 100%. We feel that this additional time before being killed will allow players to react properly and put up a good fight.
We have also found that the Large Blaster Turret is having issues with hitting some targets, so we've changed it to automatically track and hit all targets at any range. This should help HAV pilots clear out infantry more efficiently.
Lastly, due to the popularity of the cloak we are now permanently cloaking all players by default. Shooting your weapon will now not also decloak you.

But if weapons do 100% less damage, then the blaster buffs and shooting wont decloak are kind of pointless.

These where changes heavilly influence by the CPM. If fact we held Logibro's nanite injector ransom untill he signed off on the changes. also dust is now downloadable on PSN for PS4 as of last downtime.

Two changes have been made to Orbital Bombardments. Capsuleers will no longer have to wait above the district for three minutes, but can now launch Orbital Bombardments as soon as they arrive on location and as often as they deem necessary. We have added a 5% tax on orbital ammunition to make it fair to the defending DUST 514 mercs. The second change is that we have now enabled Orbital Missiles. After a short delay, orbital missile ammunition will detonate as an airburst, instantly destroying all mercs and equipment on the battlefield instantly and forever.

The Minmatar Assault now has the speed of a speed tanked Minmatar Scout, the damps of a damp tanked Gallente Scout, the passive scanning ability of a scan tanked Caldari Scout, the stamina capacity and regen of a stamina tanked Amarr Scout, the EHP of a brick tanked Amarr Heavy, damage bonuses to all weapons, has 5 equipment slots, has had a 300% increase to PG/CPU, now has 5 lows as well as 5 highs, and has infinite RE drops.

lolwhut? I actually made a serious suggestion to increase Amarr scout's jumping abilities as an extra racial bonus pre-1.8. Clearly your 50 ISK suggestion is tongue-in-cheek. Is your Amarr suggestion? I thought that would be a cool bonus myself.

If you look for the server downtime post they mention any hotfixes they roll out. Just saw that today.

We have also found that the Large Blaster Turret is having issues with hitting some targets, so we've changed it to automatically track and hit all targets at any range. This should help HAV pilots clear out infantry more efficiently.
Lastly, due to the popularity of the cloak we are now permanently cloaking all players by default. Shooting your weapon will now not also decloak you.
