I've always seen it as shields/armor since we read left to right and shields are removed before armor. I always thought that was intuitive, but maybe it's backwards.

Amarr Commando or Sentinel; shouldn't matter. Amarr are armor tankers.

I just logged on to make sure the hot fix didn't effect my Amarr Sentinel. So I have the verdict on what the hotfix affected. Sentinel and Commando are still the same as they were. The Amarr Basic Heavy was what this hotfix targeted. 360 shields and 510 armor

So what else was ghost buffed/nerfed without telling the community?
Damage types and resistances working correctly?
