Hi, yesterday I was helping two new people with the game. One of them started to try out the drop ship and he was very successful in his flight. After the match he complained how he wasn't getting points for supporting his team. That made me wonder, is there Warpoints for mCRU spawns and for how far you transport infantry?

No points for mobile CRU spawns sadly. There is a bonus if you transport someone and they do something within a set amount of time for the pilot; I think it is like 20% of whatever they do. However, there is no bonus for actually ferrying dudes.

Lol, I feel the same way. Tell him to run in a squad and find a gunner. It's best to only have 1 dedicated gunner when you start, so you can focused on keeping 1 side of the dropship facing the enemies. Also, run a scanner, so you can get those intel kill assists. Being a support dropships pilot is a difficult profession, that commands respect from other players because it is a truly selfless act. If they need any help with dropships, or a if they need a gunner, just send me a PM and ill respond back. I do most of my gaming on the weekends, so don't expect me to be on much during the week.
o7 to those new pilots, it's tough to get into.

As I said he picked up the drop ship really quick, he's in my corp so I probably will volunteer to be gunner instead of running on ground.
