Actually if he's got gal commando to proto he'll get 13% with that basic dmg mod regardless of wearing std, adv, proto suit from what I understand. He obviously has the gek for close range and the TAC AR for mid to long range.

(im just making guesses here,im not playing smart) I mean i;ve always used BREACH SMG's even thou everybody says they are utter crap... Well if he wants fun he should be running a potato cannon then. At least it will get that slight damage boost!

And I only meant the blunderbuss isn't worth the damage boost over using a Rail Rifle for the same purpose, but that's just my opinion. I used to use the TAC in 1.6 as my favorite, but the Rail Rifle just outperforms it in everything but damage, which damage isn't everything, look at the potato cannon. That and the TAC is 17k isk while an adv Rail is 10k.
