When they decide to release the market, at fanfest I hope, what is going to be the most expensive thing or if they only release player trading what is the highest price you are willing to pay per item? I have never used any of my salvage and only a few of the the items they have given out free.
To FW players who don't like the pay.
When the market is released will you feel like FW will become better or will it get worse because of the LP farming of gear? I do feel like we are close to seeing player trading more than a market because unless they only produce a certain amount of each weapon a day then the price will always be set. Player trading will let us get rid of salvage and unusable gear so I would see that being the next stepping stone towards a market.

Humm, does that include us trading blueprints?
For 'consumable' items, maybe boosters or officer weapons.
As for blueprints - who knows. I for one may be in the market for officer gear and blueprints. |

FW is going yo be a lot more profitable with the LP store because people will pay large amounts of ISK for the reduced fitting requirements of Racial gear. Also, say you like to play Gallente FW but you prefer Caldari gear, you could buy Gallante Gear in the LP store and then sell them on the player market for ISK and get the Caldari gear you wanted.
I can't see anything but good things coming from the inclusion of the player Market.

Of the easily made stuff, it will be items that are most used and most wanted alongside items that require the most materials: Going off that:
Rail Rifles > Combat Rifle = Scrambler Rifle > Assault Rifle
Vehicles will likely be quite expensive.
Of course, if there is only one dude selling Prototype Minmatar Commando they will likely be EXTREMELY expensive. But if the are extremely expensive and selling, more people will make them which drives down the prices. Unfettered free market capitalism works great in New Eden because there is no big consequences like there is in real life.

You can get some basis on how much a booster will be based on EVE.
A PLEX is worth about 600,000,000 ISK. A PLEX costs 20 dollars for 1 or 35 for 2 ($17.50 each) and it stays about there. $17.50 for 600,000,000 ISK = ~32,000,000 ISK per dollar value FROM CCP depending on market conditions. So 32 million ISK per dollar is just a rough guess. In short, "Joseph is pulling numbers from his amble ass."
110,000 AUR for 50 bucks buy (close enough at least) four 30-day booster packs. So 50 / 4 = 12.5 x 32,000,000 = 400,000,000 each. 400,000,000 would be worth the pack so a single 30 day booster would be about 200,000,000 ISK. Expect prices to be about 220,000,000 per 30 day booster or 400,000,000 to keep things easier.
Of course, AUR amounts in DUST are far, far higher than in EVE. In EVE, a PLEX is worth 3,500 AUR. You would need to reduce AUR amounts heavily in DUST or increase AUR amounts in EVE. Like either divide by 5 or multiply by 5 to get a consistent number between the games.

BPO's indeed, 'Dragonfly' is Gallente scout suit so I have no use for it and I never (rarely) use my 'Skinweave' suits so I might as well sell them

I have thousands of aurum proto suits, weapons and gear. Hundreds upon hundreds of officer items. I'll be giving all my Thales away to corp mates though probably, I have 74 of them now I believe lol. 210 black eagle suits altogether, copies of bpos, Ltd edition beta suits, you name it.
The only things I lack are gastuns HMG and forge guns, I specifically targeted heavies and heavies with them and got nothing, even in beta. I afked Dom and got 3 gastuns HMG and 3 gastuns forge guns lol. I also do not have the tactical officer sniper rifle, the other SMG other than the calas and the other officer HMG.
We need the trade market, I have nearly every single item in the matket and its getting ridiculous now, I'm sure I speak for many.

I am looking forward to doing business with mercs and I think a market will add a lot to the game and give people something more to fight for. Being able to go into FW just to earn LP for gear to sell adds another layer to the game and a market/trading system stops all p2w arguments because all items will be able to be bought with ISK.
