Scan precision cause it allows you to see scouts when using precision enhancers.

If I where you, I would save it until the next build comes out. Which is in May. I got 4.7 million in my bank, just in case.
The new commandos should have a better paint job. Look at the Amarr one!
1.8 is fun. Cant wait for the new build!

I'd say precision.
In my opinion, it's better to see a lot within 25 meters than nothing at 40.
