The only, AND I MEAN ONLY, reason you QQs out there that think scouts are OP is because there is so many of them running around playing with the new toy When the dazzle of 1.8 goes away you'll see a decrease in scouts, like already I see not as many scouts running around cause the dazzle has worn off on them
Now that's that's covered we can address more important things like: RE grenades CCP over the top Nerf/buffing Madrugar tankers QQ about sacrificing rotation speed for health ( im a tanker so I understand this sacrifice is to keep balance ) Actual glitches in the game like vehicles spawning in destroyed Tanks falling through ground when dropped Insta-death vehicle delivery ship ( if you even scrap the vechile delivery ship your ether dead or lucky) Tank repairing faster than taking damage from AV Medial frames in general

Nah its mainly the Bricked tanked Gallente scout with a shotgun, other then that scouts are fine

LET ME GET THIS IN YOUR HEAD, THE ONLY REASON SCOUTS SEEM OP IS BECAUSE OF CLOAKS.
Get rid of cloaks, scouts will be balanced. Its not like scouts weren't viable before 1.8 and in 1.8 scouts got a boost without cloaks. So remove cloaks, everything will be perfect with scouts if you CCP makes Amarr scout skill equal a complex, the increase Min advice suit PG by two and offer all racial weapons (with PG reduction skills). |

Sure, you could win individual, CQC engagements, but other than that, your mobility is so limited that it's pointless to use. |

No, it's because they can stay invisible after taking 4 mass driver rounds. As soon as they take damage their cloaks should break. |

So no negatives at the moment plus a hell of a lot of positives. Not OP at all.

As a scout I can take or leave cloaks, honestly.
I think that CCP messed up the balancing equation when they added addition slots to scout suits (2), extra PG/CPU and also reduced the innate profile and precision and increased the scan range.
IMO, the scout suit should have inherent beneifts over other suits such as speed, hitbox, profile, precision, scan range... but much more limited slot capacity so that they can't be used to surpass the specialties of other suits.
I liked scouts better before 1.8.
All I ever wanted was a slight buff to CPU/PG so our suits weren't so CPU/PG constrained, and a small decrease to precision with a buff to scan range.
I didn't want cloaks, extra slots, tons of PG/CPU a 2nd EQ slot.... I like 'em, don't get me wrong. I don't like what the scout has become and I'd give all that crap up in a second.

Assaults have More HP (should have more than currently) Better weapons (should be increased further)
