Build around them:
1.Make deployable decloaking devices like nano hives that work on a time limit, that can't be spammed, say only a few on the field at a time that increase in range per level
2. Maybe make a scanner that blasts emp wave that disables cloaks for a full recharge
3. Fix assault suits and change their percision, and add a flux grenade slot
4. Make flux grenades, knock a cloak to say half it's power
5. STOP NERFING THINGS
6. Build the game around what we have, this will make it more level than say nerfing scouts, then buffing assaults, then buffing scouts, we've done this already , leave the scouts and heavies UNTIL med frames are even then minorly go up or down.

These are good ideas. But yet scouts needs to have way less HP. They are not supposed to tank as they already have an amazing advantage with cloaks.
Also shooting at a cloaked scout should decloack him. |

Only thing I think needs to be changed is decloaking mechanics.
More often than not when I shoot a scout, and yes I can see you there, they don't decloak, even when fluxed.
Additionally the worst bit and the bit I feel most people are upset about..... decloaking to attack. You need to be visible before you can fire.
Otherwise Scouts are finally doing something useful.

Armor Plates penality needs to be like the old one, 3/5/10 instead of actual 2/3/5%. Like that if scouts wnts to stack armor and be armored they will be way slower. Then brings ferro and reactives at the same PG/CPU cost than basic plates to make them a "choice" for scouts. Then buff al ittle armor reps to 3/5/7 hp/s |

Scoring hits should decloak. Flux blast should decloak.
Other than that, I'd say they're pretty well balanced. |

The problem isn'scouts brick tanking. The problem is armor plates making brick tanking so easy. Increase their fitting requirements on pg, and you won't be able to stack as much. Maybe 14-16-18 pg used per tier.
Best PVE idea I've seen.

the mediums arent a problem. i like the new assault bonuses. ive tried all of them, and they work great in combat. even the caldari assault's reload speed really helps in combat. in no way should CCP nerf true scouts though. true scouts depend on speed and stealth, not HP like most scouts are tanking. the HP-adding modules need to be less effective on scouts in my opinion.
dont tell me im a medium frame scrub either. im a level 5 gallente assault AND a level 5 gallente scout.

Assign suits a 'mass' characteristic. Give modules mass. Make armour heavy. More mass means less speed, but suits that are already heavy won't be slowed down as much as lightweight suits.
Brick tankers hiding behind their tiny hitboxes QQ and go back to trying to run Gallente logis again.
