Lol logic? Get good scrub scouts are OP because they are invinsible and can destroy you because their invisibility let them get close. CCP should make cloaks more visible for balance.

I do, but with some scouts it takes more than one shot, besides I should be able to actually aim and go for +60 just like any other dropsuit.

A cloaked scout looks no different than your naked eye seeing dark matter. You can't see dark matter, but you can tell its there by the distortions of the images behind it.

Well.. it's a half cloak then.
Because you can definitely see them. Even far off in the hills you can see a cloaker.
Once people realize this and catch on, the real problem is going to be that the cloak is too visible.

So you are saying scouts needed to be near invisible to be good/competitve?

I wish the effect of rounds hitting the cloak was more visible for me, but I don't have very good vision. I don't think fluxes taking down cloaks would be unfair.

Sorry I get it I should just spray and hope I hit you. Hitting someone was supposed to trigger the full hit effects that you'd get if you shot someone who wasn't cloaked, but it appears that's not working as intended.

Running with a squad is easy for those of us in active corporations. Squad finder is stupid as you have no idea what kind of battle you be pulled into. The warbarge before a battle was great for squading, and recruiting purposes.

I don't think that anyone is complaining that the cloak actually makes you invisible lol.
I have three issues with the cloak (other than being invisible is just cheesy). You should decloak when you take damage and when you switch to your weapon, you should automatically decloak without animation. You shouldn't be able to get a shot off during decloaking. Third is the cloak should act like every other module in the game. Once you decloak, you have to wait for it to fully cooldown. How it works now, you can spam being cloaked for, practically, the whole game.
Since the cloak is, unfortunately, here it just needs to be balanced

The best way to disable a scout's cloak is to shoot them until they are dead.
If you are having trouble shooting a cloaked scout, get better at it.

Go read some huge text block I've wrote concerning cloaks. It may take 5 minutes but honesty and reasoning might surprise you.
There is no justification for an easy button. Cloaks greatly lower punishment from poor gameplay while providing an offensive advantage to those whose gameplay doesn't dictate such advantage. I understand you are a piece of **** scout and now see the cloak as a way to get good without skill. I understand you need a cloak, but scouts before excelled without one, so many you should learn how to play and not have to visit to CCP Hospital and leave with a new pair of crutches.
Cloaks have no drawbacks, while offering low risk and high rewards.
And again, "eyes are OP", "get good", "eve has cloaks", and "i deserve it after struggling before" are all not valid reasons, or justifications for a cloak.
You're just a bunch of tank 2.0 deniers who feel like you deserve to be the 2.0 Logi slayer because you're selfish, unskilled, and short sighted.
