Wouldn't it make everyones' lives easier if you could just give ringers an ability to enter PC's on their own, instead of ferrying them into the battle yourself?
I think it'd be pretty simple, if you are a director, you have the ability to press X on another person in a chat, and give them permission to enter one of your corporations PC battles.
How this would work? Well, the "Other Contracts" section isn't used as much right now, so that'd be the place to put it. You're not playing for your own corporation, you're ringing for another.
When this permission is granted, it allows the PC you're given permission for to show up in the "Other Contracts" section of your battle finder. This way, only three permissions need to be given if they are given to squad leaders. This could also be used on people within the corp who aren't directors, and have non-directors ferry in their own squad.
When a person is selected, a window pops up with all of the PC's currently in the corporation list, allowing you to choose which PC they should have permission on. And once that PC is done and over with, the permission disappears, and would have to be redistributed for a different PC battle.
This would actually give directors a little more use than just talking, managing the wallet, kicking players out, and accepting applications. As usual, the FC isn't the CEO, so if the FC has this ability, it would not only make it easier on the FC, but also the ringers and rest of the team.
It's a small idea that could make a big change, but that's just my opinion.

As much as people are opposed to 'ringers' for a number of reasons, this just makes sense. Instead of having to create a chat channel every single time, it would be beneficial to extend that invitation to other people and allow them to get back in. The only reason this is important to me right now is because getting DC'ed and internal errors frequently makes it hard to recommit to battle.
