It's their strafing speed,they can tank 400 armor and still strafe like a beast.
Maybe the speed penalty should effect strafing more.
I game over like a boss.

You have been aiming at the new scouts for how long? Give it a couple weeks... everyone is taking some more losses... It's part of the learning process... And CCP game development..
Ask for better game performance... We need consistent frame rate and server/client Updating with a full 16vs16 firefight in a tight corner of a city with players from all over the world...

But i thought about it for a while and realised strafing was the problem with brick scouts. If they could be hit easier all the fake scouts would leave because of the isk sink.

From a scout's perspective: because the scouts suits are all so specialized, there's really no need for me to fit my usual modules, so I go with damage or eHP. Gallente: don't need armor reps anymore due to built in rep; never needed kincats range amps, or profile dampeners; its role doesn't require cardiac regs Caldari: doesn't need precision enhancers or range amps; can't afford to fit damage mods Minmatar: doesn't need codebreakers; not much use for cardiac regs or kincats Amarr: doesn't need cardiac regs; kincats won't do much; shouldn't be in a position where range amps are needed All scouts in general don't really need to dampen anymore because they have cloaks. Shield regen mods also won't do us any good if we're dead before they kick in.
Basically, there's no need to do anything besides brick tank.

Basically, there's no need to do anything besides brick tank. i don't quite agree with this. as a true scout, (not a brick tanked assault scout) i still use ewar mods. especially when fighting other caldari scouts, it's important to be dampened, or when fighting gallente scouts, (which there are a lot of nowadays) it's important to have that better precision.
i think that most scouts, (not assaults going fotm scout) still use ewar and biotic mods, despite not "needing" them.
