DUST Search - Why all the crying?

Because we CAN'T have fun by what you mentionned, so we're waiting for balance for a majority "fun" not just people using Armored Scouts with cloaks.
You just CAN'T let 3 people having fun while 800 others don't because of them, simply logic.

We're cryng about Scout because they actually have 900 ehp (same than Commandos) with cloaks/speed/small hitbox.
Just go play with some Lego and uninstall if oyu're too blind to see what's wrong.

If a scout has over 900 hp (I've seen 0 so far) then it doesn't have speed anyore because it most likely has 4 complex plates which adds up to 20% speed reduction. I see the problems in this game, the glitches/ bugs and more important, the community who instinctively whines about stuff CCP already knows about instead of learning how to counter or cope with the messed up **** in this game

I was so close to quitting because of vehicle rapage; but since 1.8 I was able to respec minja and now I can cloak sprint and not have to worry about vehicles. It was great! Last night this blaster tank had me pinned with his ADS friend. I cloaked ran at him and jumped on his tank. Dropped 3 re's he hardened as soon as he saw what I was doing. I cloaked jumped off and ran for my life as the ADS was shooting at me with those OP missiles (he hit me twice but not in succession) I had my squad mates watch him to see when his hardeners turned off and then BOOM! He walked away with 16hp.. I got two 75 point damage to madrugers for 150. I wasn't even mad. I felt like bad ass.

It was a definite step forward. But just because 1.8 was better than previous builds doesn't mean we can just let go of all the problems that exist. QQing is necessary because without it the game can't really move forward. We need to listen to everyone no matter how insane an idea can initially sound because it could harness some amount of truth or some piece of balancing that might help the game. I just wish people on this forum could actually have a proper discussion without calling someone else a QQer or a whiner, because that's not really contributing to the solution. Disagree with someone and explain why you disagree, offer your opinion and show why it might be the better way around a problem. That's how it should be... In my OPINION.

My proto fit has about 420ish and that's a lot for not running a single plate. But I messed with it on protofits and it is ******.. It's primarily what I use the cloak for. Setting up a new tactical advantage for myself. Has made this game a lot more fun for me again. Always the last person to leave. Always the one cleaning up people's messes.

Majority of the community: Why be a scout when an assault or logi can do the same thing but better. Scouts are lol. Scouts are worthless. 1.8: Scouts can do the same thing an assault/logi can do. Scouts are no longer UP. Scouts have a place on the battlefield. Majority of the community: NURF SCOUTS! What does this tell you about the majority of the community? Even with 20% they're still more faster than assaults. They can use cloaks. (which make them able to engage nd put at least 20 bullets then go away. "glithes" like ? Bugs ? before patching bugs it needs to be discovered, right now we know the balance problem. "counter" yeah, with tank, and counter a tank ? with scouts. Okay so wep lay scouts and tank for the 6 next years ? Stupid argument.

Scouts are different but they really don't seem OP to me. It is SO much better without the constant "you have been scanned". I played like 10 games of ambush last night and not one stomping was given or received. I always felt like both teams at least had a chance of winning. Because, that's why.
