I too thought cloaks were OP when 1.8 first dropped. Then I became a scout. Clacks aren't OP. You need to familiarize yourself with their strengths and weaknesses. I used to fear clacked scouts, now I hardly have trouble seeing them.

Like the guy in PS2 is saying his a infiltrator with low HP he can't stay for too long in a battle.
The problem with the scouts in dust is not the cloak, its the CPU/PG bonus to the cloak that let them have HP of a assault. Even if you fire on them cloaked before they engage you the survive. I'm talking here about noob scouts who don't strafe, don't try to dodge you bullets. They just take the fire and run strait on you to shotgun you to death. |

check out the other videos i linked and sure thier are brick tanked scouts but thats not the cloaks fualt
