Anyone else have issues with guns like the CR or TAR and playing in laggy conditions, mainly in places like the Gallentr Research Lab or Orbital Artillery installations?
Everytime I get lag in these installations the gun seems to lock up and not actually register some trigger pulls. This really messes me up as it throws me off the proper firing rhythm for these guns and has gotten me killed on several occasions.
Almost one year into DUST's release and we are still dealing with horrible game performance messing with gameplay.

Research lab is a sad and laggy place.
Which is a shame, because when it doesn't lag it's great fun.
Yeah, I get a lot of problems with semi-autos and bursts in laggy conditions.
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

Don't know about the CR but the burst AR has always had some hit detection flaws. Its even worse on running targets sometimes, for me anyways. |

I had unbelievable lag on the SRL just a minute ago.
Couldn't hit anything with my Shotgun, but the Heavies were dead on with their HMG shots. 
Your CR and TAR aren't the only ones feeling the effects of the lag.  |

In a broad sense lag makes everything worse, yes.
It's one thing for it to affect hit detection, it's another thing when lag outright prevents your gun from even firing properly.

I just hate the opening match lag (especially for ambushes) when vehicles get called in. One second I have someone in my crosshairs with 20% armor left and the next I have a Maddy in my face.
I havent seen too much lag with my burst CR but every now and again it does get a little wonky.
