Just to let you know ccp. its the shield hardeners that need to be be nerfed cause people are 3x stacking them. armor tanks cant 3x stack cause we dont have any passive armor repair, so we have to use a module. plus u nerfed only the armor hardeners why? another note. they were 60% not 40% ( so they just went from 60 to 25). so you just screwed us armor tanks over. cant survive crap. even when your lvl 5 in armor. if your going to continue to screw us over. please give us a full skill respect or return our armor hardeners back to normal cause nothing was wrong with them. |

Shield hardeners have also been adjusted - there was an issue with the fix to shields so they went out a day later but should be live now.

Problem is, it still took way more than that AND tanks can be cheaper than dropsuits and it takes several strong and expensive dropsuits to kill a tank.
Using a prototype heavy with dual complex damage mods (in 1.7, so it was +18%) and a forge gun at prof 4 (in 1.7, so it was +12% to all damage), it would take 3+ shots to pop a tank, and to some shield tanks my forge would deal less than 100 a shot (dual hardners) and to some armor tanks it didn't seem to even move because of the hardener and repair... and my suit was worth almost twice as much as the tank. I am glad you feel you should be god on the field surrounded in armor, but if it becomes nearly impossible to destroy you, it makes the game impossible to play. However, I think you should be happy... they, once again, nerfed AV and also got rid of the RE LAVs. Pre-1.8, I was in a squad with 2 proto swarms, 1 basic swarm, and 3 proto av nades, and we couldn't destroy the tank before it sped off... how is that balanced? 500k in drop suits < 85k in tank.... in sheer isk cost, your argument has no ground to stand on.
Also, supply depots heal tanks... so you do have a way to get your armor back.

I saw ppl destroying HAV with swarms thats enough for me to say we are on a good way. Good work CCP. |

This is a normal level of Nerf Hammer for CCP/Shanghai. When the QQ Kittens moan the loudest tanks will see a Nerf Hammer of Doom coming server shutdown.
