Who still uses them?
I personally think they are garbage, and I'd rather fit tank over the miniscule gank garnered from them.
68 CPU/9 PG for 5% damage bonus? Pass. |

Basic damage mod gives my assault rifle and plasma cannon an extra kick, i find it useful for commandos. |

Considering the typical damage difference between weapon tiers is 5%, a Complex mod is actually quite a bit. People are just spoiled with overly inflated 10% damage mods

I use complex mods in some fits.
The TTK story doesn't reflect in my shields no matter how i tank them, so i just armor tank and i'd rather spend my ISK in a module that supposedly has an actual effect when i shoot.
+5% is currently the most you're getting, so why not? all advantages wellcome. |

They still suck.
All that PG/CPU for the effectiveness of a 1.7 Enhanced Damage Mod? No thanks. |

They work great still, I can get easy kills at about 80-90m with my assault combat rifle while running 2 of them. Damage mods more then anything just increase effective range. I use 2 complex but man the CPU and PG usage on them need to go down a bit they use heals to much. |

I reserve one high slot for them on my commando, cause its my role to dish out the deeps (and I have a satisfactory amount of health to start with, unlike before), at any and all costs. |

Heavy and I use them for I only have one 1 high slot, but when I run proto I will one do one extender and one damage mod. |

My min commando uses them.
My NK scout uses them, my minlogi uses them.
My HMG min heavy uses them.
I refuse to gve honor to your 'god' so therefore i dual tank.
