CCP really should have just went all the way and removed vehicles from Ambush. While on the one hand there is no redline to run to, there is now pretty much no check on dropships since forges are bugged and swarm launchers are likely both bugged and too weak in general. Giving the enemy only two vehicles doesn't even allow them to box you out with tanks like normal (usually takes 3 to do reliably) The fact that everyone tends to spawn in one giant death cluster only makes things worse.... Maybe I give CCP too much credit, but I don't think they will monkey with small missiles until glitches are fixed. At least I hope not and this is from a vehicle hater. Most tankers are like sand people. They frighten easily, but will quickly return...and in greater numbers.

Assault dropships have been a little OP since the last patch, but at least the resistance modules are getting nerfed. Swarms could use a de-nerf though, badly.

Missiles OP I don't even know if I should keep doing this....I feel.....dirty.... Hmm you get 3 shoted by anything now? A properly fitted Dropship will two-hit-kill Medium Frames regularly. Under the right conditions you could just farm the other side. A buddy of mine was doing it as a door-gunner for awhile pre-1.8, I never had an issue, my iFG scared away all Dropships.
