I have over a 100 EHP and a MILITIA SHOTGUN can two shot and at times one shot me. I have 22 mil skill points and someone with less then 5mil destroys me. Fix it and fix it now or lose another player to this complete madness you call a video game.

It should 1 shot you not 2 shot.... the shotgun fires multiple bullet in one shot.
Assassination is my thing.

What do you expect a shotgun to do shoot out buterflies to tickle you? To even apply enough damage to a player they have to be within something like 5 feet. Two shots from a shotgun to score a kill within that short range seems to be working as intend.
All alpha weapons are specialized and do extreme damage within their alloted range to make up for all the ranges they are worthless in. The counter for them is simply kill them before they can get that close to you.
If anything, your dtying to them more do to cloaks I am guessing, but we already knew this was going to be an issue prior to 1.8.
When I look down my scope, all I see are dead people.

I think he meant 1000 EHP not 100 so that's why he is complaining about 2 shots ^^ (Which is normal in some way  ) |

About time too. The gaps in SP and gear is a lot smoother. I have 25 mil and enjoy a challenge, which is why I run Adv gear instead of proto spamming. We NEED new players to enjoy the game and get some kills so Dust doesn't reflect it's name.
Shorter gaps in gear tiers will make this game more skill oriented. But the new TTK is definitely helping newbros stick with it.

My gallente commando (no plates, using militia kincats because I'm cheap...) takes three shots from the shotty before game over. Just enough time to give the scout a farewell gift from my plasma cannon.

I hate sneaky little scouts with nasty shotguns - but I must say it's fair enough that a shotgun should kill anyone in 1-3 hits. They have to get real close ;) |
