Profile Dampners - Necessary for mk.0 Scouts now?

The last slot gives me loads of flexibility to structure my scout to accommodate slightly different roles that it can perform. However lately I've been using an enhanced profile dampner as my 3rd low slot, and I'm unsure if it's worth it. I feel that it may help me combat other scouts like the Gal and Cal who are excellent at scanning. Idk though, what do you think? Should I lose the dampner and replace it for something more useful? "One does not simply" look for a scout, it looks for you.

The range amp is to better pick your situations as a 40ish meter radar is ample to see where all the dots are.

I was originally running plates, reppers, and range extenders then swapped to reactive plates, dropped the repper, and put on a complex profile dampener -- my matches became infinitely better. I could list the ways how we Amarr are better than you, but your lesser mind wouldn't comprehend it.

All skills at lvl 5. The thing is flat out frightening. On the other hand, on my Proto logi, once i fit damping and passive scan up to a competitive level(i.e. so i'm not just prey for scouts) it's essentially a standard suit. I support SP rollover.
