Everyone is spewing their QQ all over the place about the nerf to hardeners.
You know theres other viable ways to run your tank without stacking 3 hardeners on it
For example, triple armor reps. You're basically still invincible to all forms of solo av.
I did the math, with 2 enhanced reps, and 1 complex rep, you can tank 4.8 consecutive shots from an IAFG. It'll take 5 shots from a forge gun to kill you. Thats more shots than a forge gun has in a clip (except for Gastuns).
So I say unto you, instead of HTFU

They can out rep AV but what about other tanks? They don't want to be solo'd by anything, they want to be able to say "yeah, it took multiple guys to take me down, I'm a badass.". They think that because it's a tank it should be hard to kill even by weapons designed to kill it; when people are shooting at them they think those people should be shooting what amounts to bottle rockets. Because... it's a tank.

The nerf isn't BAD at all. Tanks are still well tanks but now infantry AV can do more than clean the tank for the pilot. We actually can make them play cautious and back off when 2+ AVers go after it even destroy it OMG! They are still super cheap anyways.

Got wrecked by an ADS pilot in two back to back doms today, had a few AVers trying to shoot him down never did. He was able to take out our blue's tanks. Didn't seem to gimp ADS too bad. Then again maybe he was just that good of a pilot.
