Everywhere I look there is an Amarr scout putting shotgun rounds into the back of my dome piece! Someone really needs to look at the suit and adjust accordingly they are just to damn OP...............wait that's not right........sorry guys that's the wrong scout suit. Come to think of it I don't think I have seen one of those yet.

I'm one, most UP scout suit when compared to the other scouts, but I don't expect CCP to take any notice.
I could list the ways how we Amarr are better than you, but your lesser mind wouldn't comprehend it.

Amarr scouts has a useless (ish) bonus now they're tanking. This is CCPs fault for making the bonus's useless.

Perhaps it is for tanking. If you prefer a different play style there are other scouts to choose from. I have no trouble balancing flank and tank. My advice is lose the cloak.

There's a reason you haven't seen one. 
Seriously though, I've removed my cloak so I can fit more on my Amarr scout. Getting better with it too.
Aisha had my number one match and I was cloaking. The next I adapted and got him from behind without a cloak. Cloaks make you soft, but if you practice without them you'll become a ghost.

when i read that in the patch notes in client (blue update screen before entering merc quarters) I honestly thought there would be f*cking hell breaking loose. disappointed to see such an acceptance of such a horrible way to treat the players...

We got to keep the suits and skills...I don't mind having negative SP. I personally have ~37 million lifetime SP and have reached my endgame, negative SP doesn't bother me one bit.
