 What are your thoughts on the heavy nerf? (if they go through with it)
 
 I personally don't think it is needed for a couple of reasons:
 1. If is a heavy, it should have a ton of eHP, they are heavies for crying out loud.
 2. they should be hard to kill.
 3. they are not that hard to kill.

 I will still use my amarr sentinel even after the nerf so it really doesn't matter to me.Cal/Min heavies i'll pray for you

 Heavies got a number of relative buffs in 1.8.
 
 GÇó HMG got an effective 9-10% buff against rifles
 GÇó Sentinels can now survive remote explosives at higher skill levels
 GÇó Sentinels can get a 6-10%ish EHP buff against specific damage types
 (Keep in mind, the bonus is only to one defense layer)
 
 Heavies were pretty much balanced in 1.7, and didn't need a buff of any sort.
 
 The HMG "buff" worried me the most. But if you nerf the HMG, then people just use Sentinels for rifles, so I understand why CCP was looking at nerfing the suit instead.
 
 Based on the games I've been playing since patch, I'd say we fatties are a bit too strong now. Cloak Scouts can murder us just fine it seems, and we're still dying to rifles at range, so I'd say it isn't OMG OP-VILLE.
 
 
 I'd personally like to see our explosive resistance bonus stripped off. Grenades and Remote Explosives should be a hard counter to heavies, and that isn't quite the case now.
 
 And that's a much better solution than gimping our total HP by 20%GǪ

 Heavies are completely fine.. For me their DPS is a bit to high but meh... ill get over it.
 
 
 They need to be left for a good month or two... to figure out if they even need a change.
