This sidearm performs better then most sidearms at range, but there is most definitely an outside limit on how far the shots will reach. (Demonstrated at 1:25) You will not kill people on top of tall towers with this gun.
Best of this footage is saved for last.
First of 3 new sidearms added in 1.8. patch for Dust 514. This is the basic variant of the gun, no damage mods were used, and obviously no proficiency. Wearing basic sentinel suit, 1 HMG kill made it into this footage as well.

Pretty good footage demostrating how it performs. I do not know if the range is long enough on this weapon, seems like you have to stand in most rifles kill ranges to have to be effective and suffer with a lack of DPS. None the less I think this weapon will see more use.

I feel like this sidearm is going to compliment my HMG quite nicely, hitting a range that a little outside what works well for the HMG.
However I feel my footage might make this weapon look a little easier to use then it is, you will definitely notice the quarter second charge up once you start using this thing. |

I like that weapon, i feel like a badass cop with it.
I'm waiting some fix to the ion pistol to run a dual sidearm fit, the scrambler pistol is always effective, but i don't like the reduced ROF on it.
The unnamed new build it's so secret that nobody know what will be in it, even after patch notes..

Unless it is unintended you can hold down the trigger, unload the clip and continue holding while it reloads and it will have infinite ammo.

Well right now all I use are rail weapons I've gotten down when to start charging with my magsec, say an enemy is coming around corner I know when to start to charge. So im fine from that aspect. The bolt pistol seems like a marksman weapon so that's right up my Ally. This will go great with my scout
