You aim your plasma cannon at a shield tank, right to the back, unhardened, and it does... 1/5th of the tank's shields.
By the time you fire your next shot, it has already regenerated.
And that's with the commando reload bonus 
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Ouch. Regen bonuses do seem off.
So Cat Merc would you be happy if the PLC was less effective on Infantry and better on Vehicles? Or do you think it should do both?

I was using a 9K330 FG earlier and kept this tank and his buddy, the other tank, from being effective. So fun.
That said, it still IS hard to kill them.
I don't need luck, I have a cloak.

It is still hard to do it, but you don't always have to. I was in a domination match where I was keeping that tank pretty occupied with my Forge Gun. He couldn't do anything. He had to stay hiding or else I will do me some damage and take him out. Which ended up benefiting me because I would get 75 points on a regular basis AND he couldn't do anything. And you milk the points :)
Ended up working out quite well. And, as he was hiding I would take the occasional pot shot at infantry and one shot them. Definitely the most satisfying thing out there. Especially when it is a cloaked scout. |

When I beloved game becomes crapped with each update and you don't have anyone new players coming in cause proto stomped chase them off and demand anything that can kill them be nerfed
