I'm not going to spend alot of time arguing... I did not spec into sentinal, and suggest that the sentinal / commando's health is fine.
Many people who take advantage of speed and cloak have a good(fairly even) fight with a heavy.

If you (CCP) lower their health by 20%, they will get melted. There are many people who feel this way, (many of which are non heavies).

Many of the individuals who nolife this game including myself believe this game is actually fairly balanced in this moment... Please let the dust settle before we make changes.

I agree. 20% is way too much. Increase TTK but reduce HP? Doesn't really make much sense. Nerfing the heavies again why? So they are on par with assault suits? Just give assaults a third bonus, RoF increase for their racial weapons. BAM assaults now have their own role. Quick duck and cover dps what an assault suit should be. Heavies will be damage sponges, assualt will be. range dps, logi support , scouts close dps. Hmmmm seems a bit MMORPG-ish doesn't it.

this is the best argument i have seen yet . back in close beta i was a heavy and a logi . i chose a logi in open .but when this patch came around i dictated to be a heavy again and it is fun. but not even a day later and some are mad that the class that is made to have a lot of health ,has alot of health and they think that it unfair that they have to work to kill it.

Yeah, they get melted from all sides due to the low movability, having a 1k armor on a gallente is not really what makes difference, armor gets just down too quickly. Plus armor always has to be higher than shields at least at the moment.

I agree with OP. Heavy vs shotgun, the shotgun almost always wins. Heavy vs more than one medium suit and no logi, medium suits win. Heavy vs cloaked NN the cloaked NN wins. The problem is inherent in the heavy suit with mobility issues being the prime issue. Low slot count means that fitting bottles to the sentinel suit is hard if not impossible to do and maintain a semblance of HP due to again mobility base abilities. There is no reason to nerf the heavy.
