Not because tanks aren't OP, but because armor hardeners aren't the issue.
Armor REPS are. Either remove armor rep stacking, or reduce the rate at which they repair. Madrugars rep through all AV damage, making swarms among other things pretty much useless.
25% reduction isn't even worth it, people will just start running 3 armor reppers now, instigating the problem even further.
The shield hardener nerf was good because most gunnlogi's (outside of particle cannons) stack 3 anyways, making them pretty much invulnerable to damage.

If they make it one hardener per vehicle, they need to buff it back to it's original resistance and decrease the active duration.

once again, would just like to clarify that vehicle modules are global ... sigh ... not just tanks use these vehicle mods ... dropships and lavs are getting nerfed too...

I would like to say that the Shield hardeners percentages will be PERFECT. Any more and we have the same problem we have had. The way that it was, is that swarms can't break the Shield Reps on a Hardened Tank, making any damage done pointless. This made swarms a useless weapon for opening any attack on an HAV.
At 40%, Swarms will now do just enough damage to break the Reps, by a margin of like 5 damage per missile. Now Swarms will be able to slowly whittle down the Shields on a hardened tank, it will still take like 8-10 proto swarm volleys to drop their shields, but its a start.

Too little, too late. You tankers knew something was wrong, and a few knew exactly what was wrong. Not word one word from you lot (with a couple exceptions). Now that the hammer is falling you want to qq that the wrong thing is getting nerfed? How about HTFU, and continue to do what you were doing before CCP announced their changes.
