Ccp maybe am i drunk??? Before dust wasn't a future war game or fantasy game???? Today in public there are 10 harry potter around for the map that kill you in hidden mode.... it's normal???? For me this is a ****.... thks ccp for this ****!! |

Just a few points:
1. Cloaks are new and people are excited to try them out, so expect a few weeks of cloak spam before it gets old and people move on to other fits.
2. Some suit bonuses are broken (e.g. the Amarr Assault). I'm running cloak scout right now until it's fixed, there are probably others in the same boat.
3. A lot of cloak scouts seem to be brick-tanking. This means they're not properly dampened, and you should be able to scan them down if you've got a good scanner in your squad. Killing someone who thinks they're invisible is pretty entertaining.

Yeah right a scout gk.0 will allways trump other scouts in terms of stealth due to its 25% scan profile reduction. Which means you can bricktank and very good sneaking capability.

I loved Dust until Tuesday... Now I would say that I almost despise playing it, I just don't want to play with this cloaky cloakity cloak bullsh!t... It's not the kind of game I want, it's actually a little sad that I'm gonna have to replace dust with another addiction now

Firing so easily from cloak needs to be addressed, as does the speed cool down, other than that I think they're a good addition to the game.
As others have said, the novelty will wear off and people will move on to other suits and fits. Also, over time as more content enters the game, there will be a wider variety of battlefield equipment to use.
Don't focus too much on the NOW as the be all end all of DUST, this is just another step in a (hopefully) long journey. That's how I see it and in the mean time I'll keep getting my SP and enjoying the game for what it is.
If the game isn't fun, move on, life's too short.
