Cal is very useful for picking up scouts whilst cloaked if you run precision amps, Gal is useful for not getting scanned. Min is useful for hacking purposes. Amarr is the weakest. You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

Nope, with a Kin Cat my Amarr Scout beats all but the most well fit Gallente Scout.

Caldari are good for slaying, tanking, spotting, an all round good suit, Gallente is good for Shotgunning / Deployment, and Amarr is well good for running long distances (At least he'll win gold in the DUST Olympics for the 5,000m event ) Pro tip for Min Scouts: Republic Min Scout (LP / FW suit) is currently bugged, giving you three equip and two lows, use it for link spam and deploying into battles. fuckign casuls

Haven't timed it, but with one hack module, I can hack objectives if given half the chance And yes, its a skill based hack speed. A level three scout gets 15% bonus to all Min Scout suits. Min Scout hack factor is 2.99 with 3 codebreakers Min Logi only gets 2.79 with 4 Min Logi needs two codebreakers to beat a Min Scout with one codebreaker (He only barely beats him though) Min Scout is King of Hacks now I got my cloak and daggers, I'm a very happy Ghost I hack at Mach V

Sorry, but with the insane stamina regeneration on the min-scout they don't even need cardiac regulators, so they'll have a top speed greater than yours and pause for 2 seconds and run another 200m. Gal-Scout. Perfect balance of Tank, Speed, and Stealth. Combat Rifles, Assault Scrambler Rifles, or shotguns. You're the preeminent hunter. Waiting for prey to come by to take out swiftly. You're the first line in offense with the fittings to set up friendly and take out enemy EQ with the power to start fighting. Minmatar: hard-mode. very tight on fittings, but with the highest movement speed it makes for the best 1v1 firefights. Paired with proto combat rifle, highest DPS and lowest fitting cost weapons and best damage profile, make this a great suit to use anywhere you won't get bogged down in some area. Cloak + hack mods = WP Finish that all off with some Nova Knives for supreme damage on unsuspecting targets - or sometimes even the ones that know you're there.
